Cara menggunakan DCS
Cara menggunakan produk tersebut, sebagai berikut:
1. biasanya saya hidupkan dulu mesin sampai hangat, atau setelah dibawa jalan-jalan juga boleh.2. buka busi, lalu kocok dcs (cairannya akan jadi busa), semprotkan ke lubang busi sekitar 6-10 detik, tunggu sampai sekitar 15 menit agar keraknya rontok.sementara itu semprotkan sedikit dcs ke kepala busi.3. setelah sekitar 15 menit, tutup lubang busi pakai kain (dipegangin supaya tidak loncat kainnya), motor distart/dislah beberapa kali, lihat kainnya, biasanya akan ada kerak yang menempel serta sisa cairan, ulangi sampai tidak ada cairan atau kerak yang keluar.4. setelah bersih (ruang bakar & busi), busi dipasang kembali, lalu motor dihidupkan, biasanya akan muncul asap putih, itu normal, tunggu sampai asap putihnya berkurang (sekitar 10 menit), setelah itu boleh dipake jalan. lama lama asap putihnya akan hilang.
Bisa juga disemprotkan lewat mulut karbuartor, caranya
1. Buka Saringan udara2. Hidupkan mesin3. Semprotkan dcs melalui mulut karburator sambil gas dimain mainkan, kalau mesin sampe mati coba stater lagi dan semprotkan lagi dcs..lakukan berkali kali sampai dirasa sudah cukup4. Bila perlu buka busi semprotkan lagi dcs-nya lewat lubang busi5. Diamkan ± 15 - 30 menit supaya DCS bekerja melunakan kerak keraknya6. Spt cara yg disebutkan mas purwoko edi, tutup lubang businya dengan menggunakan kain lap atau koran bekas trus sambil distater berkali kali tanpa meng-on-kan kunci kontak, gunanya mengeluarkan kerak kerak yg ada di dalam ruang bakar 7. Baru deh pasang businya trus nyalain deh mesin, agak susah memang untuk menhidupkan mesin dikarenakan ruang bakar yg basah oleh DCS8. Setelah hidup mesinnya agak digeber geber supaya sisa kotoran bisa keluar lewat knalpot

positifnya.. klo bongkar silinder headklep bisa di skir tapi klo tiger baru.. ga laah..klo tiger lama perlu banget tuh klep di skir ulang
sharing bersihin ruang bakar, kemaren minggu gw coba.
lubang busi di semprot pake stp carb cleaner. diamkan 5 menitbusi juga disemprot sedikit, sambil di bersihkan.... setelah didiamkan... busi dipasang kembali.
buka filter udara, hidupkan mesin sambil menyemprotkan stp carb cleaner ke lubang pernapasan.... gas ditahan agar mesin nggak mati, terlihat asap putih dari lubang knalpot.
setelah asap tidak keluar, mesin dimatikan dan filter udara dipasang kembali.
manfaat yg dirasa sejauh ini.langsam pd saat dingin tidak sering mati.
Seputar tangki bocor


kebetulan ketauannya waktu bongsor ada di workshop kantor istri di pulo gadungkrn taunya baru sore, malam itu juga, tangki dikosongkan
hati2 nyimpen bensin, kalo di tempat umum, lebih baik kasih tulisan kecil, biar orang tau ada bensindi sekitar mereka

bersihin semuanya, sebersih-bersihnyabesoknya, hari rabu pagi, baru bongkar tangkidicoba dibersihkan dulu semua karat2nyaternyata..bener2 sudah banyak karat yg memakan tangkiwalhasil, di beberapa bagian, diteken dikit..jebolteken lagi..jebol lagisengaja.. biar sekalian yg tipis2 ketauanwalhasil.. yg lubang2 jadi banyak.. dan di beberapa tempatdibersihin dng amplas, disemprot2 pake angin bertekanan dari kompresorsampe bener2 kebongkar semua karat2nya
lalu seluruh tangki digelontor dng airberkali2 sampe bersih ampun..ternyata kotor sekali tuh tangki ..sampe perlu beberapa kali..baru bener2 bersihdan sprt sudah ditebak.. ada air yg sudah kotor juga dng karatsampe lebih mirip lumpursetelah yakin bersih, tangki dikeringkan lagi.. luar dalamdng bantuan angin dari kompresor
proses penutupan lubangsebenernya..gak bisa disebut lubang lagikrn permukaan yg bolong cukup luas dan scatteredtadinya mo dilas, tapi teknisi2 di workshop itu pun gak rekomenwalopun mereka cukup biasa ngelas utk flame tube pesawatdan tau gimana caranya biar ngelas tangki bahan bakar yg amanmereka bilang, kuatir soal pelat tangki yg tipis
akhirnya rekomendasinya menggunakan epoxy (a.k.a plastic steel)tapi krn sekali lagi.. lubang2nya terlalu besarada yg usul, ditutup dulu dng resin dan fibre glassalhamdulillah, semua bahan tersedia
jadi yg dilakukan pertama adalah, menutup daerah2 yg berlubang besardng fibre glass woven dan resin, tangki bongsor jadi ada composite material nyah
butuh waktu sektiar 6 jam sampe bener2 keringkrn campuran hardenernya dipilih tidak terlalu banyak, takut getas, dan kurang nempel
sore hari rabu itu, "pelat komposit" nya sudah tertempel rapi dan baik di bagian tangki yg bocorbaru akhirnya ditutupi lagi seluruhnya dng epoxy/plastic steelpermukaan yg ditutup material ini sengaja lebih lebar dari yg ditutup pelat kompositenyaberharap dari kekuatan material kedua ini, semuanya lebih terekat baik
utk bahan yg kedua ini sebenernya cepat keringtapi krn sudah sore baru keesokan harinya.. (hari ini) saya pasang lagi tangki ke bongsorgak ada bocor lagi
hasilnya ...utk amatir yg ngerjain sendiri saya cukup optimis dng kekuatannyadan mudah2an bener..bisa bertahan lama
tips lain :utk seluruh pengerjaannya, siapakan alas yg lembutkrn selama pengerjaan, tangki terpaksa dibalikkalo gak, nanti terbaret2..kemaren itu saya pake busa lembut
pesan lain :sering cek bawah tangki, kalo perlu secara reguler, lepas tangkiutk diamati, krn agak sulit ngeliatnya dalam kondisi terpasangbersihin dalam tangki ..ngegelontor dalam tangkikalo menurut saya..juga perlu dilakukan reguleru'll never know how dirty ur fuel tank is
Bro, mooh.Minggu lalu tangki gw punya juga ngalamin nasib yang sama.Kebetulan dideket rumah di sekitar Alexindo ada yang bisa betulin Tengki...(gitu tulisannya). Tapi bukan dilas atawa di resin fiber...Tapi di solder pake timah layaknya nyervis radiator mobil. Kebetulan gw pernah nyervis radiator di situ jadi tau. Lumayan juga hasilnya dan kayaknya cukup kuat koq..karena yang bolongnya gede ditambahin pake sedikit plat kuningan......__________________
yups.. bentul..emergency ya bawa ke tk tambal radiatorknapa pake kuningan.. supaya reaksi pembakaran hasil las tidak menimbulkan reaksi kimia dgn bbm di bagian dalam tangki, klo bagian luar kan tinggal di bersihinkenapa pake timah.. supaya plat tipis ngga gampang jebol..coba deh las listrik makin rusak atuh tangkinya
EPOXY CEGAH KOROSIHonda Tiger
Bambang Yuwono mengeluh tangki Honda Tiger buatan 2002 miliknya rembes bin bocor. "Banyak temen-temen kasih saran dicoak aja biar gaya, tapi sayang," ujar biker asal kota Purwokerto ini.
Tenang, Mas. Coba deh ikutin saran pemodifikasi dari Laksa Motor Jakarta. Karat timbul dari air akibat proses penguapan di dalam tangki. Beban air lebih berat dibanding bensin. "Air berkumpul di tempat terendah. Kebetulan tangki Tiger memiliki sudut rendah di bagian belakang (gbr.1). Bagian tersebut rawan terserang karat," terang Aming Aliwarga selaku juragan Laksa Motor. Untuk menghindari atau membersihkan karat tersebut Aming memberi tips yang bisa dikerjakan dengan mudah.
Langkah awal lepaskan tangki dari motor, kuras bensin dan keringkan. Jika korosinya sudah parah ada baiknya ditambal terlebih dahulu. Kemudian ikuti proses berikutnya. Siapkan pelor komstir sebanyak mungkin dan 1 liter tiner (gbr.2). Masukkan ke dalam tangki (gbr.3) dan guncang agar pelor bergerak ke seluruh tangki. Lakukan proses ini berulang-ulang, sehingga cairan tiner yang keluar dari tangki bersih dari karat. Kemudian keringkan di bawah terik matahari.
Setelah benar-benar kering, siapkan campuran tiner dengan epoxy (gbr.4). Usahkan campuran ini jangan terlalu kental, ada baiknya encer. Masukkan cairan epoxy ini ke dalam tangki. Goyangkan tangki agar cairan epoxy merata ke seluruh bagian. Diamkan tangki di tempat teduh hingga lapisan epoxy kering. Lakukan ini berulang ulang agar lapisan epoxy di dalam tangki tebal.
Setelah selesai pasang kembali tangki ke posisi semula. Untuk pencegahan, jangan sering membiarkan tangki dalam kondisi kosong. Soalnya bisa mengundang kondensasi dan air. C-PI
gw dulu pernah ngalamin juga kaya bro mooh....tapi tengkinya gw bawa ke tukan las tengki mobil...proses pembersihan gak beda jauh sama kyk bro mooh...cuman kalo gw disemprot pake alat steam baru pake kompresor...lalu diketokin tuh tengki ampe kliatan yg kropos...dibagian kran bengsin harus diganti platnya karenakebocoran sudah berbentuk sobekan sepanjang 15cm.....lalu plat diganti dan dilas dngn las karbit...lalu kran dilas dengan sistim las kuningan...kmdian didempul dan dicat ulang...
hal itu terjadi 2 tahun yg lalu....saat ini tengki sempet bocor kecil...lalu krn darurat..gw beli lem alteco...tengki dikosongin...ditetesin lem alteco..lalu dikasi abu rokok...n dikasi lem alteco lagi....didiamkan 1/2 jam dan tengki pun nggak bocor lagi...cara ini lebih awet dari pada dikasi sabun mandi....sekarang lagi pesen tengki warna ijo metalik di JHM,mesti inden sampe kapan yach????
Dear Brothers,...sudah lama saya ga berkunjung...eh sekalinya berkunjung saya langsung curhat kaya gini.....Brothers,...saya mau tanya...apakah daya tahan/kekuatan tangli new tiger itu hanya sampai 1,5 tahun aja? karna beberapa hari lalu tangki tiger saya tiba2 bocor karna saya nge-rem mendadak.....awalnya saya pikir itu air bekas cucian atau hujan...tapi ga tau nya itu bensin....dan ngocornya banyak banget...saya pikir leher kran bensin yang dari tangki mungkin patah, ternyata pas saya check setelah saya keringin dan lap dengan kuas ternyata tangki saya keropos dibanyak tempat terutama disisi kran bensin dan sisi kiri tangki bolong2 kecil memanjang seperti lobang2 kropos,...alhamdulillah selama ini saya ga pernah jatuh ataupun tangki saya dihantam sesuatu...tapi kalau cuma begitu aja tangki saya udah kropos apalagi saya sampai jatuh? mungki hancur lebur tangki saya bro....saat ini motor saya masih dalam cicilan,...apa saya bisa klaim ke honda? atau sudah selesai begitu aja?mohon informasi brothers...

Solusi, Air Dalam Tanki

Seringkali motor knocking atau ngelitik, selain settingan yg belum pas, penyebab secara umum adalah uap bbm yg tidak lancar menuju ruang bakar.Penyebabnya air dan kotoran di dalam tanki, turun ke karburator
Solusinya jelas, kuras karbu dan tangki. Tapi buat sebagian orang, menguras tanki cukup memakan waktu yg tidak sebentar, karena tanki dibilas dengan air dan bensin kemudian dikeringkan
Tips ini diperuntukkan untuk rekan² yg tankinya sudah dikuras minimal 6 bulan kebelakang, sebab apabila tanki sudah 1 tahun tidak dikuras, dipastikan akan ada endapan kerak di dinding dalam tanki.Kerak tersebut agak sulit dibersihkan, bahkan hingga diperlukan bantuan kawat untuk mengorek.
Iseng-iseng abis pulang ngantor dan cuci motor, rekan² bermodalkan selang aquarium dan tabung suntikan bisa menguras air di dalam tanki
1. Lepas tanki dari motor, siapkan kain lap untuk dijadikan alas tanki di lantai, balikkan tanki dan tidurkan2. Lepas baut keran dan tutup pelampung3. Lepas 4 baut 10 pelampung4. Tarik pelampung keluar5. Hati-hati agar kawat pelampung tidak tersangkut dan bengkok6. Masukkan selang aquarium ke dalam lubang pelampung
1. Siapkan senter, cek dasar punggung tanki dari endapan air yg berwarna kecoklatan2. Isap menggunakan suntikan atau mulut, tarik keluar kotoran dari dasar punggung tanki3. Kotoran dan air dapat dibedakan di dasar tanki akibat bbm yg bening4. Masukkan kembali pelampung, dan kencangkan bautnya sekuat jemari memutar kunci T, jangan paksa, dapat mengakibatkan baut dudukan pelampung patah
1. Buka kran tanki, buang bbm di bak keran, biasanya kotor kecoklatan2. Pastikan tidak ada endapan cokelat di dasar bak keran, apabila ada.. ada air di dasar tanki3. Bersihkan bak keran dengan lap4. Angkat juga saringan keran dengan mencongkel lembut dulu seal o ring-nya5. Pasang kembali, hati² seal O ring hilang terjatuh
Kencangkan secukupnya, jangan terlalu dipaksa, seal O ring yg membantu bensin tidak merembes
Mencegah air masuk ke dalam tanki

setelah tanki di kembalikan ke posisi telungkup, cek dari tutup tankibiasanya ada rembesan bbm di sekeliling tutup tanki
logikanya, dipastikan apabila hujan, air akan masuk melalui celat di tutup tankicelah ini diakibatkan seal tutup tanki sudah aus, sehingga tidak rapat lagi menempel ke bibir lubang bbm
solusinya mudah, ambil sendal bekas kemudian potong mengikuti pola karet tutup tankicari yg ketebalannya skitar 3mm agar tutup tanki juga mudah ditutup kemudian
cara ini setidaknya mengurangi rembesan air hujan ke dalam tankisecara estetika, karet sendal terhalang tutup tanki, sehingga tidak menganggu tampilan kendaraan kesayangan rekan²
solusi lainnya juga pernah dilontarkan, adalah menutup bagian atas tanki menggunakan plastik jas hujan.. jiakakkaa

Nambahin Pengalaman nguras aer di tangki dr pengalaman sendiri+org bengkel:
1. Keluarakan bensin melalui berbagai lubang di tangki.2. Setelah tersisa dikit bensinnya, buka jarum pelampung+senter untuk melihat apa ada aer atau tidak seperti diatas.2. ambil & masukin kaen yg menyerap air. masukin aja secukupnya. jg terlalu byk, tar ga bisa diambil/keluarain lagi.3. keluarakan kain yg telah menyerap byk aer/sisa bensin pake kawat kecil yg ujungnya diberi/dibentuk pengait.4. Peres ampe abis.5. Ulangi ampe kering+keringkan dgn berangin2 sampe bosen

menurutku juga ada baiknya nguras tankinya pake bensin aja lagi.awalnya aku berniat pake sabun, kemudian aku batalin.2 hari yang lalu aku juga baru nguras tanki, alhamdulillah gak ada aer di dalmnya.yang ada hanya butiran debu.ada sedikit pengalaman nih, nyedot sisa minyak di tanki pake mulut.ternyata rasa Pertamax, rada pedas-pedar gitu ya di lidah...ada juga yang keminum sedikit...hehehe
Ane punya problem nih ama air dalam tangki.Tiap tigi ane keujanan, pasti tutup tangki ane bagian dlm jadi berembun.Trus jg pernah parkir dirmh temen, parkir diluar ga ada atapnya, bsk paginya tutup tangki ane buka dan bagian dlmnya berembun lagi.Gaman caranya biar ga berembun ya?Masa hrs kuras sebulan skali sih?Langkah yg bisa ane lakuin skrg sih, isi penuh tuh tangki.Ato bisa ditambahin busa ditutupnya ya? Mgkn udah ga rapet lg tuh karetnya.
karena gw males kuras tangki, trus mo epoxy juga ribet deh kynya...
biar tangki bersih dari air, posisi kran bensin gw posisikan di "Reserve" trus.. biar air di tangki ikut masuk ke karburator & dibakar skalian.... (ky motor bebek), tapi ya... mesti liat2 fuel meter trus,coz gak ada bensin cadangan.
apa posisi rest menjamin air bisa keluar smua...ane pernah kuras tangki, kemudian posisi keran ke rest... ada sejumlah bensin+air yang ga bisa keluar...ane buka pelampung bensin udah, buka tutup tangki juga udah...ane buka lagi keran bensinnya... tnyata bensin+air ndak kluar juga...(apalagi klo hanya posisi rest, wong baut keran dibuka aja ada bensin yg ga bisa kluar, tertahan di dalam tengki)solusinya ane balikin ntu tangki trus di sedot pake suntikan bekas tinta printer via lobang pelampung bensin....
FYI...di bagian dalam tangki bensin, tepatnya di atas bagian keran...itu terdapat semacam pelat yg bentuknya seperti perahu...katanya orang honda, itu fungsinya membuat air terperangkap dan tidak jatuh ke karbu...terperangkap sih boleh2 aja, tapi mengeluarkannya bagaimana?yah solusinya memang kuras tangki secara berkala...
asal tau ajah...seandainya pernah bongkar tangki tiger...di bagian atas keran tangki tidak sejajar dengan plat tangki itu sendiri...jadi tanpa pelat "penangkap air" pun...air yg masuk ke tangki...tidak akan pernah 100% keluar lewat lubang tangki...
katanya yang ngerancang sepeda motor itu profesor betitel...tapi tetap aja konstruksi tangki dan keran tiger gak pernah bener...
saya pernah pengalaman, info dari temen, katanya biar air dalam tangki tidak mengendap di bawah sebaiknya kran bensin diposisikan pada posisi res.apabila awalnya kran bensin pada posisi on, maka tangki di kuras dulu agar airnya keluar semua, baru kran dipindah pada posisi res..dengan cara tersebut maka air yang masuk dalam tangki akan langsung keluar dan masuk karbulator, infonya karena jumlah airnya yang nggak banyak tidak akan bermasalah di karbulator...
Setelah saya terapkan, tangki dikuras (pada pengurasan ini di dalam tangki saya ada +1/2 liter lumpur) dan kran dipindah pada posisi res, hanya selisih 4 hari motor brebet, lebih sialnya mati di jalan... akhirnya bongkar karbu, ternyata di dalamnya banyak air dan banyak kerak putih, setelah itu sekalian saya kuras tangki lagi, ternyata di dalam tangki masih ada lumpur yang lumayan banyak...
kesimpulan saya :- pindah kran pada posisi res itu malah bikin air masuk karbu, meskipun jumlahnya sedikit motor tetep brebet..- karena yang ada di dalam tangki lumpur (bukan cuma air),kayaknya kemungkinan masuknya pas pengisian bensin, so bagaimana neh kualitas pom bensin pertamina..???

Tenang, Mas. Coba deh ikutin saran pemodifikasi dari Laksa Motor Jakarta. Karat timbul dari air akibat proses penguapan di dalam tangki. Beban air lebih berat dibanding bensin. "Air berkumpul di tempat terendah. Kebetulan tangki Tiger memiliki sudut rendah di bagian belakang (gbr.1). Bagian tersebut rawan terserang karat," terang Aming Aliwarga selaku juragan Laksa Motor. Untuk menghindari atau membersihkan karat tersebut Aming memberi tips yang bisa dikerjakan dengan mudah.
Langkah awal lepaskan tangki dari motor, kuras bensin dan keringkan. Jika korosinya sudah parah ada baiknya ditambal terlebih dahulu. Kemudian ikuti proses berikutnya. Siapkan pelor komstir sebanyak mungkin dan 1 liter tiner (gbr.2). Masukkan ke dalam tangki (gbr.3) dan guncang agar pelor bergerak ke seluruh tangki. Lakukan proses ini berulang-ulang, sehingga cairan tiner yang keluar dari tangki bersih dari karat. Kemudian keringkan di bawah terik matahari.
Setelah benar-benar kering, siapkan campuran tiner dengan epoxy (gbr.4). Usahkan campuran ini jangan terlalu kental, ada baiknya encer. Masukkan cairan epoxy ini ke dalam tangki. Goyangkan tangki agar cairan epoxy merata ke seluruh bagian. Diamkan tangki di tempat teduh hingga lapisan epoxy kering. Lakukan ini berulang ulang agar lapisan epoxy di dalam tangki tebal.
Setelah selesai pasang kembali tangki ke posisi semula. Untuk pencegahan, jangan sering membiarkan tangki dalam kondisi kosong. Soalnya bisa mengundang kondensasi dan air. C-PI
gw dulu pernah ngalamin juga kaya bro mooh....tapi tengkinya gw bawa ke tukan las tengki mobil...proses pembersihan gak beda jauh sama kyk bro mooh...cuman kalo gw disemprot pake alat steam baru pake kompresor...lalu diketokin tuh tengki ampe kliatan yg kropos...dibagian kran bengsin harus diganti platnya karenakebocoran sudah berbentuk sobekan sepanjang 15cm.....lalu plat diganti dan dilas dngn las karbit...lalu kran dilas dengan sistim las kuningan...kmdian didempul dan dicat ulang...
hal itu terjadi 2 tahun yg lalu....saat ini tengki sempet bocor kecil...lalu krn darurat..gw beli lem alteco...tengki dikosongin...ditetesin lem alteco..lalu dikasi abu rokok...n dikasi lem alteco lagi....didiamkan 1/2 jam dan tengki pun nggak bocor lagi...cara ini lebih awet dari pada dikasi sabun mandi....sekarang lagi pesen tengki warna ijo metalik di JHM,mesti inden sampe kapan yach????
Dear Brothers,...sudah lama saya ga berkunjung...eh sekalinya berkunjung saya langsung curhat kaya gini.....Brothers,...saya mau tanya...apakah daya tahan/kekuatan tangli new tiger itu hanya sampai 1,5 tahun aja? karna beberapa hari lalu tangki tiger saya tiba2 bocor karna saya nge-rem mendadak.....awalnya saya pikir itu air bekas cucian atau hujan...tapi ga tau nya itu bensin....dan ngocornya banyak banget...saya pikir leher kran bensin yang dari tangki mungkin patah, ternyata pas saya check setelah saya keringin dan lap dengan kuas ternyata tangki saya keropos dibanyak tempat terutama disisi kran bensin dan sisi kiri tangki bolong2 kecil memanjang seperti lobang2 kropos,...alhamdulillah selama ini saya ga pernah jatuh ataupun tangki saya dihantam sesuatu...tapi kalau cuma begitu aja tangki saya udah kropos apalagi saya sampai jatuh? mungki hancur lebur tangki saya bro....saat ini motor saya masih dalam cicilan,...apa saya bisa klaim ke honda? atau sudah selesai begitu aja?mohon informasi brothers...

Seringkali motor knocking atau ngelitik, selain settingan yg belum pas, penyebab secara umum adalah uap bbm yg tidak lancar menuju ruang bakar.Penyebabnya air dan kotoran di dalam tanki, turun ke karburator
Solusinya jelas, kuras karbu dan tangki. Tapi buat sebagian orang, menguras tanki cukup memakan waktu yg tidak sebentar, karena tanki dibilas dengan air dan bensin kemudian dikeringkan
Tips ini diperuntukkan untuk rekan² yg tankinya sudah dikuras minimal 6 bulan kebelakang, sebab apabila tanki sudah 1 tahun tidak dikuras, dipastikan akan ada endapan kerak di dinding dalam tanki.Kerak tersebut agak sulit dibersihkan, bahkan hingga diperlukan bantuan kawat untuk mengorek.
Iseng-iseng abis pulang ngantor dan cuci motor, rekan² bermodalkan selang aquarium dan tabung suntikan bisa menguras air di dalam tanki
1. Lepas tanki dari motor, siapkan kain lap untuk dijadikan alas tanki di lantai, balikkan tanki dan tidurkan2. Lepas baut keran dan tutup pelampung3. Lepas 4 baut 10 pelampung4. Tarik pelampung keluar5. Hati-hati agar kawat pelampung tidak tersangkut dan bengkok6. Masukkan selang aquarium ke dalam lubang pelampung
1. Siapkan senter, cek dasar punggung tanki dari endapan air yg berwarna kecoklatan2. Isap menggunakan suntikan atau mulut, tarik keluar kotoran dari dasar punggung tanki3. Kotoran dan air dapat dibedakan di dasar tanki akibat bbm yg bening4. Masukkan kembali pelampung, dan kencangkan bautnya sekuat jemari memutar kunci T, jangan paksa, dapat mengakibatkan baut dudukan pelampung patah
1. Buka kran tanki, buang bbm di bak keran, biasanya kotor kecoklatan2. Pastikan tidak ada endapan cokelat di dasar bak keran, apabila ada.. ada air di dasar tanki3. Bersihkan bak keran dengan lap4. Angkat juga saringan keran dengan mencongkel lembut dulu seal o ring-nya5. Pasang kembali, hati² seal O ring hilang terjatuh
Kencangkan secukupnya, jangan terlalu dipaksa, seal O ring yg membantu bensin tidak merembes
Mencegah air masuk ke dalam tanki

logikanya, dipastikan apabila hujan, air akan masuk melalui celat di tutup tankicelah ini diakibatkan seal tutup tanki sudah aus, sehingga tidak rapat lagi menempel ke bibir lubang bbm
solusinya mudah, ambil sendal bekas kemudian potong mengikuti pola karet tutup tankicari yg ketebalannya skitar 3mm agar tutup tanki juga mudah ditutup kemudian
cara ini setidaknya mengurangi rembesan air hujan ke dalam tankisecara estetika, karet sendal terhalang tutup tanki, sehingga tidak menganggu tampilan kendaraan kesayangan rekan²
solusi lainnya juga pernah dilontarkan, adalah menutup bagian atas tanki menggunakan plastik jas hujan.. jiakakkaa

Setelah tersisa dikit bensinnya, buka jarum pelampung+senter untuk melihat apa ada aer atau tidak seperti diatas.2. ambil & masukin kaen yg menyerap air. masukin aja secukupnya. jg terlalu byk, tar ga bisa diambil/keluarain lagi.3. keluarakan kain yg telah menyerap byk aer/sisa bensin pake kawat kecil yg ujungnya diberi/dibentuk pengait.4. Peres ampe abis.5. Ulangi ampe kering+keringkan dgn berangin2 sampe bosen

apa posisi rest menjamin air bisa keluar smua...ane pernah kuras tangki, kemudian posisi keran ke rest... ada sejumlah bensin+air yang ga bisa keluar...ane buka pelampung bensin udah, buka tutup tangki juga udah...ane buka lagi keran bensinnya... tnyata bensin+air ndak kluar juga...(apalagi klo hanya posisi rest, wong baut keran dibuka aja ada bensin yg ga bisa kluar, tertahan di dalam tengki)solusinya ane balikin ntu tangki trus di sedot pake suntikan bekas tinta printer via lobang pelampung bensin....
FYI...di bagian dalam tangki bensin, tepatnya di atas bagian keran...itu terdapat semacam pelat yg bentuknya seperti perahu...katanya orang honda, itu fungsinya membuat air terperangkap dan tidak jatuh ke karbu...terperangkap sih boleh2 aja, tapi mengeluarkannya bagaimana?yah solusinya memang kuras tangki secara berkala...
asal tau ajah...seandainya pernah bongkar tangki tiger...di bagian atas keran tangki tidak sejajar dengan plat tangki itu sendiri...jadi tanpa pelat "penangkap air" pun...air yg masuk ke tangki...tidak akan pernah 100% keluar lewat lubang tangki...
katanya yang ngerancang sepeda motor itu profesor betitel...tapi tetap aja konstruksi tangki dan keran tiger gak pernah bener...
saya pernah pengalaman, info dari temen, katanya biar air dalam tangki tidak mengendap di bawah sebaiknya kran bensin diposisikan pada posisi res.apabila awalnya kran bensin pada posisi on, maka tangki di kuras dulu agar airnya keluar semua, baru kran dipindah pada posisi res..dengan cara tersebut maka air yang masuk dalam tangki akan langsung keluar dan masuk karbulator, infonya karena jumlah airnya yang nggak banyak tidak akan bermasalah di karbulator...
Setelah saya terapkan, tangki dikuras (pada pengurasan ini di dalam tangki saya ada +1/2 liter lumpur) dan kran dipindah pada posisi res, hanya selisih 4 hari motor brebet, lebih sialnya mati di jalan... akhirnya bongkar karbu, ternyata di dalamnya banyak air dan banyak kerak putih, setelah itu sekalian saya kuras tangki lagi, ternyata di dalam tangki masih ada lumpur yang lumayan banyak...
kesimpulan saya :- pindah kran pada posisi res itu malah bikin air masuk karbu, meskipun jumlahnya sedikit motor tetep brebet..- karena yang ada di dalam tangki lumpur (bukan cuma air),kayaknya kemungkinan masuknya pas pengisian bensin, so bagaimana neh kualitas pom bensin pertamina..???

Stop Your Barking Dog
Perhaps nothing is more annoying than a dog that barks incessantly, sometimes for no apparent reason. Stopping problem barking can be a challenge but if you take the right approach it can be done and your relationship with your dog will be strengthened in the process. Many people seem to believe that the only good dog is a quiet dog. They only really want their dog to bark if there is an intruder climbing in the window or the house is on fire. The truth is that barking is one of a dog's primary ways of communicating. A healthy, happy dog will sometimes bark. It is up to us to figure out what they are saying and to set limits on their "communication".
So what might they be saying? There are a lot of possible reasons for barking. Some breeds were bred to bark. Guard dogs like German Shepherds and Rottweilers, for instance. Hunting dogs like Beagles and Bloodhounds were bred to "bay" when they are following a sent. Other breeds like Chihuahuas seem to bark and put on a big show to compensate for their small size.
Aside from the breed specific idiosyncrasies, there are other reasons that any dog might bark. Sometimes they are anxious because they sense something is wrong or they see someone or something near their "territory". If your dog is barking for any of these reasons, it's not really realistic for you to try to stop them altogether: after all, he's a dog, and it's the nature of dogs to bark at certain times and in certain situations. .It may also be that they are bored, lonely, hungry or craving attention.
But, of course, sometimes barking is unwarranted or excessive. Some dogs use their voices as a way of manipulating their owners! For example, suppose you are lying on the couch reading the paper. Your dog wakes up from her nap and decides its play time. She picks up her toy, comes over, and drops it in your face. You ignore her and try to keep reading. After a few seconds she nudges your hand with her wet nose and barks once, loudly. You continue reading so she barks again, louder and, when you still don't respond she barks repeatedly and won't stop. Finally you give up trying to relax, put down your newspaper and take her outside to play fetch. It is important that you spend quality time playing with your dog and giving her attention, but it should be on your terms. Dog ownership involves mutual respect between you and the dog, but it is not about equality. It is about you being the boss and the dog being the pet. Dogs are the happiest and the best behaved when they know that you are in charge. For a dog to be calm and well adjusted they need to respect your leadership. In the above scenario the dog was not respecting you. She wasn't asking you to play; she was harassing you into doing what she wanted. And your giving into her just reinforces that behavior! You taught her that if she barks long enough she'll get what she wants. So, how do you stop this manipulation? Simply ignore her. Easier said than done, right? I don't simply mean passively ignoring them, where you just pay no attention and go on with what you are doing.
You must communicate to her with your demeanor and body language that her behavior is undesirable. When she starts yapping, literally turn your back on her. Get up, turn away from her and avert your eyes. Don't look at her or even speak to her. Initially this will confuse her because this tactic always worked so well in the past. She'll probably start barking louder! The important thing here is consistency. Don't give in after 15 minutes and give her what she wants. That will just teach her that she needs to be really persistent. "O.K., it takes 15 minutes of continual barking to get my way. That's alright, I'm a dog, I've got nothing better to do". If you stand your ground she will in time figure out that barking is not the way to get you to do what she wants.
But what about other situations where it isn't a matter of the dog bullying you to get their way? If you want to communicate to them that you want them to stop and be quiet, the most effective thing you can do is to use your hands. No, I'm not saying to hit your dog! But I'm suggesting a perfectly humane and pain-free method of telling them that what you require right now is peace and quiet. When he's barking, give him a couple of seconds to get it out of his system (it's kinder, and a lot more effective, to give him a brief opportunity to express himself before asking him to be quiet). If, after a few seconds he doesn't calm down on his own, reach over and gently but firmly clasp his muzzle in your hand. He will try to pull away or shake you off, so you can grab his collar with your other hand to give you more control. This method works for two reasons. First, it effectively stops the barking and secondly, it establishes your authority. You are showing him through direct physical action that you're a kind, but firm leader who won't put up with his unacceptable behavior. Continue to hold onto his muzzle and collar until he has stopped trying to break free: only when he calms down and stops wriggling does it mean that he has accepted your authority. When he's still, hold on for one or two more seconds, then let go and praise him
There are also some important things you can to do to reduce your dog's need to bark in the first place. The number-one reason for unnecessary barking (barking that is repetitive and is directed at nothing) is nervous, energy. That is usually caused by not getting enough exercise. Most dogs function best with about one and a half hours of exercise every day, which, admittedly, can be a major time commitment for you. It varies of course from dog to dog, depending on, among other things, breed, age, and health. You might think that your dog is getting as plenty of exercise, or at least as much as you can afford to give them. But if his barking is coupled with an agitated demeanor (fidgeting, acting aggressively, restlessness, destructive behavior) then he almost certainly requires more. The solution to this problem is simple if not always convenient: you have to exercise your dog more. Try getting up a half-hour earlier in the morning. It will make a big difference. If this just isn't possible, consider hiring someone to walk him in the mornings and/or evenings. If that also is impossible, then you may have to resign yourself to having a frustrated, agitated and noisy dog. The second most common cause of excessive barking is loneliness. Dogs are social animals and need lots of attention, interaction, and communication if they are to be calm and happy. If your dog is spending a lot of time barking at what appears to be nothing, he is probably bored and lonely and the best remedy is a healthy dose of affection and attention.
