Eczema Akut

Eczema adalah peradangan pada kulit dan biasanya menyerang dalam dua bentuk yaitu yang akut dan kronis.
Gejala :
1.Menggaruk garuk (gatal)
2.Bulu disekitar daerah yang terserang, patah atau tipis
3.Kulit disekitar daerah yang terserang berwarna kemerahan, basah dan kadang berdarah, pada trah anjing berbulu panjang agak sukar untuk dideteksi, tapi biasanya bulu menjadi kusut.
Eczema akut dan basah

Gejala :
1.Anjing secara terus menerus
2.Kondisi ini biasanya diikuti dengan timbulnya daerah yang basah berwarna kekuningan, yang jika mengering menyebabkan kerak berwarna kekuningan. Akibatnya kulit yang terluka akan terasa sangat menyakitkan dan biasanya berlangsung sepanjang malam. Biasanya luka ini terdapat pada daerah yang terjangkau oleh garukan dan jilatan anjing, dan ukurannya bervariasi mulai dari sebesar uang logam sampai sebesar telapak tangan.
3.Luka pada kulit basah, dan mengering menjadi keropeng berwarna kekuningan.

3.Setelah bulu dikeringkan, oleskan lotion calamine pada daerah yang terinfeksi.

1.Pakan, kelebihan karbohidrat, kekurangan zat lemak dan vitamin
2.Alergi

Gejala :
Bibir menjadi kasar dan merah, bulu pada sekitar moncong menjadi berwarna kecoklatan dan berbau tidak sedap.
Perawatan :
1.Potong bulu pada sekitar bibir.
2.Bersihkan daerah yang terserang dengan sabun dan air bersih setiap hari.
Pada beberapa kasus yang parah, oleskan silver nitrat pada daerah yang sakit (gunakan kaus tangankaret). Jika tidak membantu, sebaiknya segera bawa anjing ke dokter hewan.Dengan tindakan operasi akan membantu untuk menghilangkan eczema tersebut pada bibir anjing.
